Our project took a lot more scale than we expected ! Mostly because a lot of the people jumping on the craze were big wh artists with other popular AUs...
The first month was a wild ride on crack ! It was quite humbling to be in the same room (discord) as other more popular WH creators ! We had a good bunch of big names haha... but then Cray started being a total gremlin and really, thanks to xem, we got all more chill with eachother. Passed the shyness, we quickly got to laugh together, share lore, infodump eachother abou anything and everything, WH or not, and it brought us together as a family ! We established character dynamics, and at first the Sallys were like hyperactive triplets that were kind of Keeper's daughters.... well, every character was Keeper's kid lmao. It was a bit of a mess.
From the outside, it must look confusing ! We spent two days screaming in eachothers mentions, then disapeared for three days, then came back with memes, lore, a full blown big project, and we closed the group to become a production team...
While everyone was crazy silly about this or that, I would try to get Ross a little more comfy with us. It took a few lore sessions, but in three weeks, we got to a point where Ross asked me to approve the lore ! A bit of a shock to wake up to, when your favorite artist ask you to approve of what they're doing.
Oh I love all of those sillies so much.
Then, we decided to have big bads in our story... that's when I made Stitcher ! But we couldn't show her to the world back in June, so we had to wait for a long time... I made the first sketches for Stitcher on the 4th of June, by the 5th, she had a ref... (omg I didn't know it was this early ?! I was so sure I made Stitcher later on argh). Koko made Croupier to go with Stitcher, and the characters were quickly made besties !
Since then their story changed a lot... I can't wait for people to learn more of them... We pourred a lot of care in those two and ther conflicts, and it makes me so happy that Stitcher is my most liked character ever. She is very complex, and has many nuances that I hope to portray as best as I can.
